Booking

All bookings are considered as provisional until the contract is signed by both parties.
Once the contact is signed Lynn will reserve time for you and liase fully with all aspects of your wedding

Cancellation

Cancellation after signing the contract will result in the following charges being incurred:
Cancellation within 3-9 months of the event will result in the deposit agreed being forfeited.
Cancellation less than 6 months but more than 3 month will result in 50% of the agreed revenue being charged.
Cancellation 3 months or less will result in 100% charged of the expected revenue.
Should you decide to select Lynn Whitmarsh Wedding Planner for your wedding:
We will require a signed contract between both parties and a deposit paid within an agreed date. This will secure our services ensuring the co-ordination of your memorable wedding day.
