Our Full Wedding Coordination package includes everything from start to finish.
After a free, no obligation initial consultation we will find out how much help you will need and how much input you would like us to have. We can help with supplier searches, dress and suit shopping, all the finer details of the wedding and we can also be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We can suggest ideas and help save you money and time.

Full Wedding coordination: From £1250

On the day coordination can be vital to the success of a Wedding. We will be at the venue in the morning from the moment the first supplier arrives. We make sure everyone and everything runs smoothly, we can check over the table layouts, seating plans and fix any problems that may occur on the day. We are there primarily so you and your family can relax and enjoy your day whilst we make sure it all runs smoothly.

The On the Day Coordination consists of your personal wedding planner with you on the day for 8 hours and also a pre-wedding meeting or chat to discuss what you would like your planner to do on the big day and also in the run up to the wedding.

On the Day coordination: From £350, £35 per additional hour.

This package is ideal if you have already begun planning your wedding and are finding you do not have enough time to do all the hard work. We can be brought in at any stage during the planning process to help with any aspect that you require from us. We can help even if you find yourselves having problems with a particular supplier or things are just running as well as you had hoped.

You can also incorporate the On the Day Coordination with this package for the small additional cost of £200

Part Coordination: From £300

We can help you find the perfect venue for your dream wedding or help find the supplier for the amazing food or breathtakingly beautiful table decorations

Searches: From £50

Alternatively we can tailor make a package to suit your needs and budget.

During your free consultation you will decide how much or how little you want us involved, upon acceptance of our rates, payment terms are as follows:

Wedding Pricing Policy:
25% of fee on booking
25% of fee six weeks after booking date
25% of fee six months before wedding
25% of fee one month prior to wedding
